Attendees will learn how to start effective mentorship and apprenticeship programs for frontline transit occupations and how TWC provides assistance throughout that process. TWC staff and presenters from Florida transit agencies will share compelling examples of the benefits that these programs offer for the workforce and the significant impacts they can have on key performance indicators, including recruitment, retention, and absenteeism.
