This interactive workshop session will give participants the opportunity to explore real-world drug and alcohol testing scenarios and to learn the proper way to apply FTA and USDOT testing regulations. Discussion will include scenarios in each of the 6 FTA testing circumstances: pre-employment, random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return to duty, and follow up.
