About me
Dahlia Singer is the Program Manager the Commuter Assistance program serving Florida Department of Transportation’s District One (D1). In this role, she works closely with D1 Transit Agencies, Economic Development Councils, Manufacturers Associations, Metropolitan Planning Organizations, and Chambers of Commerce to reach business prospects and foster partnerships aimed at increasing a mode shift to greener commutes for staff at a larger scale. With a versatile background in Federal Grant Operations, Community Outreach, and Program Management, Dahlia brings a breadth of experience to each endeavor. Furthermore, her background encompasses two years of biological research, showcasing adaptability in both technical and research-oriented domains.
