As a leadership development consultant, Dr. Liliane M. Finke offers over 25 years of experience in both the public and private sectors and is a seasoned professional with a strong vision and mission to initiate a positive impact on the workplace by supporting the development of individuals, teams, managers, and executives. Dr. Finke earned a Doctorate Degree in Education with a concentration in Organizational Leadership and her executive and career coaching certificate through Kaplan University. She is an adjunct professor at Palm Beach Atlantic University and Keiser University and a certified Wiley DiSC Administrator and Leadership Palm Beach County graduate. Dr. Finke is an active member of the International Coaching Federation, Association for Training and Development, and SHRM.
