About me
Jimilla Hicks is the Senior Manager of Performance Management at Palm Tran and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. She brings extensive experience in public transportation performance reporting, strategic planning, and continuous improvement. Prior to joining Palm Tran, Jimilla worked in the County Finance Department’s Grants, Contract, and Compliance team, as a coordinator, where she focused on program oversight and regulatory compliance.
