Jessica Keller is the Mobility and Transportation Manager at the City of West Palm Beach. She is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in public and private sector policy, planning, engineering, and operations management. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Jessica relocated to South Florida in 2012 to work with the City of Coral Gables as the Assistant Public Works Director for Sustainable Public Infrastructure. Her career has been marked by a dedicated focus on creating safe, resilient environments accessible to people of all ages and abilities. With a strong track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including non-profits, community groups, industry leaders, state and federal agencies, municipal governments, and industry associations, Jessica has demonstrated her commitment to driving positive change. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Analysis & Planning from Frostburg State University and a Masters of Engineering from the University of Maryland. Jessica’s educational background, coupled with her extensive experience, position her as a transformative force in mobility, transportation, and urban planning.
