Mrs. “Dean” Kirkland-McMillan, Compliance and Oversight Manager
Dean has been involved in public transportation for over 35 years Dean has held many positions in the transit industry including Bus Operator, Operations Manager, Executive Director, Safety Security Director, and Revenue Service Director.
Dean has spent many years developing Safety and Security and Training initiatives, focusing on life safety and resource management, she has a vast knowledge of regulatory and compliance issues that may affect Public Transportation, she has led many projects including the merger of three transit agencies into one, she has effectively managed organizational budgets while increasing productivity. Dean is very strategic and is an analytical manager of transitional change.

- Certified Safety and Security Director- World Safety Organization
- Certified Transit Management- The Florida Department of Transportation
- Certified Accident Investigations- Transportation Safety Institute
- 3rd party CDL examiner-The State of Florida, Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles
- Dean is very involved in her community, she is a Board member for a local Non-profit organization
(Girl’s Inc.) and she volunteers at the local High School she also supports a youth basketball organization.
