Executive Director: Lisa Stella is thrilled to lead the Lighthouse for the Blind of the Palm Beaches team, inspired by their unwavering commitment to enhancing the quality of life for their clients. The Lighthouse’s positive impact extends not only to the children but also to their families and the broader community.
Lisa has over 20 years of business development, fundraising, sales, marketing and project management experience in the Non-Profit and For-Profit industries in local and global businesses. She is a relationship builder and takes a vision and makes it a reality by planning a road map to achieve success by partnering with others for successful outcomes. Lisa holds a BS in Business Administration and Professional Management and MBA from Nova Southeastern University. She is a Board Director/Member at Large of the Florida Agencies Serving the Blind (FASB), a former Board Director for Lighthouse for the Blind of the Palm Beaches, a member of the Leadership Palm Beach County GROW Committee, and a graduate of the 2024 Leadership Palm Beach County class. She also has multiple certifications in Fundraising, Pragmatic Marketing, Marketing Eminence, Digital Marketing and Project Management. Lisa invites you to join her on her Lighthouse for the Blind journey and explore how together we can change the world – with the help of technology -- and make The Lighthouse for the Blind’s vision the prototype for all blind or visually impaired individuals. Clients enjoy a seamless continuum of services at the Lighthouse that are lifechanging and critical to the development and enrichment of the individual through all stages of life.
