Ryan brings more than 22 years of public and private sector transit planning experience, including planning, development, and implementation of a variety of transit agency initiatives and programs. Ryan held a leadership position at a small transit agency in Florida which afforded him the opportunity to work closely on all aspects of transit agency administrative and operations functions. As a private sector consultant, Ryan has worked for small and large transit agencies across the country managing complex projects that require innovative solutions. He offers national experience along with a unique perspective to public sector transportation planning that focuses on real world results.
