About me
Dr. Tamika Gunn White is the Deputy Director of Talent Management at the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA). She oversees recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, professional development, and strategic organizational initiatives that support culture, engagement, and performance.
Dr. White holds a Ph.D. in Education with a focus on Organizational Leadership. She also holds the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential. She is passionate about leadership development and has created and manages several programs, including Leadership PSTA, Management Masterminds, and PSTA People Leaders.
Dr. White is a member of APTA’s Workforce Development Committee, a Lead Facilitator for FDOT’s TILE program, and Co-Chair of COMTO’s National Emerging Leaders Committee. She is also a 2024 graduate of Leadership APTA.
