About me
Trish Collins has been in the Human Resources field for 25 years, first in the IT and manufacturing industries, and then, since 2012 at Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority. She serves as PSTA’s Director of Human Resources and EEO Officer, leading the agency’s talent management, EEO, benefits, drug and alcohol programs, and the agency’s balanced scorecard performance management system.
Trish is Chair of the American Public Transportation Association (APTA) Labor and Employee Relations Subcommittee, and Chair of Pinellas Technical College’s Institutional Advisory Committee. She is a proud graduate of Leadership APTA Class of 2019, and recipient of the 2023 Chamber Inspire Award from the Pinellas County Chamber of Commerce.
